Qualifications

• RN must be a graduate from an accredited school.
• Current state RN license without encumbrance required.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure provision of quality nursing care based on acuity and regulations.
• Make daily rounds to assess residents’ condition and comfort.
• Follow safety policies and infection control guidelines.
• Communicate with physicians and hand off care details between shifts.
• Oversee care staff and ensure tasks are completed as assigned.
