Raintree Village of Lee's Summit is a boutique senior living community offering independent living, assisted living, short-term rehab, and long-term care. We are seeking a dedicated RN to deliver quality nursing care and collaborate with families and physicians to support residents.

This role requires graduation from an accredited program and active RN licensure; prior long-term care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• RN must be a graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license in state of work.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care based on residents’ acuity and needs.
• Conduct daily rounds to assess condition and comfort; communicate changes to physicians.
• Follow infection control guidelines and safety policies.
• Supervise and coordinate care with direct care staff and other clinicians.
• Maintain accurate documentation and hand-offs between shifts.
