Job summary

Chautauqua Rehabilitation Suites seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse in Florida to join our care team. You will supervise CNAs, collaborate with the IDT, complete assessments, and support physician rounds to ensure high-quality resident care.

Active RN license in good standing is required; experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is preferred. We offer top pay and benefits in a faith-based, resident-focused environment.

• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) under the direction of the Director of Nursing.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team (IDT) to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Ensure initial baseline and periodic comprehensive assessments are completed on time.
• Prepare for and facilitate physician rounds by flagging concerns and preparing documentation for review.
• Initiate consultations or referrals as appropriate based on resident needs.
• Perform administrative tasks including medical documentation, evaluations, and reports.
• Deliver nursing care within scope of practice and aligned with facility policy and clinical standards.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and notify providers as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
