Adep t Nursing & Rehab of Grand Island is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing facility. RNs will oversee nursing staff, ensure high-quality resident care, and coordinate medical and personal needs in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• RN license is required.
• Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills.

• Ability to lead and supervise nursing staff.

• Ability to maintain accurate records and handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document residents' health status, vital signs, symptoms, and progress.
• Supervise and support a team of LPNs and CNAs to deliver optimal care.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate resident care.
• Educate residents and their families on health management, conditions, and treatments.
• Ensure adherence to all state, federal, and facility-specific regulations and standards.
• Respond to emergencies, assess situations, and provide critical care as needed.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and contribute to the facility’s continuous improvement efforts.
