Job summary

Mercy is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for the Regional Float Pool across multiple hospitals in the St. Louis region. The role supports adult and geriatric patients, with night shifts and a 24-hour per week part-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• BSN preferred.
• Active RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• One year of recent bedside RN experience for Med/Surg; two years for ICU/other specialties.
• Certifications: BLS for Med/Surg and Behavioral Health; BLS & NRP for Women's Health.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult/geriatric patients.
• Report to facilities within Mercy's regional footprint; determine facility assignments with leadership.
• Provide care across the Mercy Regional Float Pool units, including Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, and ICU.
• Collaborate with diverse care teams and maintain compliance with nursing standards.
