Job summary

Mercy is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to join its Regional Float Pool. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult/geriatric patients, reporting to facilities within Mercy's regional footprint as discussed at hire.

The role involves nights, across multiple Mercy hospitals in the St. Louis region with a sign-on bonus and shift differentials. Epic experience and BSN are preferred with a current RN license.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• 1 year of bedside RN experience for Med Surg.
• 2 years of bedside RN experience for ICU/other specialties.
• RN license in hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• BLS required; ACLS for Critical Care.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Provide care across medical/surgical units and telemetry.
• Collaborate with diverse care teams to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes.
• Work night shifts as part of the Regional Float Pool across Mercy facilities.
