Job summary

Mercy Southeast (Cape Girardeau) and surrounding communities is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join the Regional Float Pool. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for adult/geriatric patients across multiple facilities within Mercy’s regional footprint.

This role involves night shifts and a dynamic, cross-hospital assignment. Requirements include a graduate RN program, current licensure, and 1 year of bedside Med/Surg (2 years for ICU).

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Current RN license in hiring state/compact licensure.
• 1 year of bedside RN experience for Medical-Surgical; 2 years for ICU/other specialties; Epic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Provide care across assigned facilities within Mercy's regional float pool.
