Mercy Washington and Surrounding Communities is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Regional Float Pool. The RN will assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized care for adult/geriatric patients across multiple Mercy facilities in the St.

Louis region, reporting to hiring leadership. The role requires 1 year of bedside RN experience (2 years for ICU) and a Missouri or compact license, with night shifts and a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in Missouri or a valid compact license.
• One year of recent bedside RN experience in Med/Surg or related area; two years for ICU/ specialty.
• BLS required; ACLS for Critical Care units.

Responsabilités

• Provide care across multiple hospital units within Mercy's regional float pool.
