Job summary

Mercy is seeking experienced registered nurses to join the Regional Float Pool. This full-time night-shift role covers Mercy Southeast (Cape Girardeau) and surrounding communities within the St. Louis region.

You will float to Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, Stepdown, ICU and more across several Mercy facilities. Join a dynamic team, enjoy diverse patient populations, and access benefits such as medical, vision, dental, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Current RN license in hiring state or compact licensure.
• One year of recent bedside RN experience for Med/Surg; two years for ICU/other specialties.
• Certifications: BLS required; ACLS/PALS as applicable by unit.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Provide care across multiple Mercy facilities within the regional footprint.
• Collaborate with diverse care teams to ensure patient safety and outcomes.
