Job summary

Mercy’s Regional Float Pool is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to provide bedside care across multiple facilities in the St. Louis region. Work nights in a dynamic environment with opportunities to rotate through Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, Stepdown, and ICU units.

We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus (no contract), day-one benefits, and education assistance including ASN to BSN. Base pay is determined by experience, with shift differentials and a strong retirement plan.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• One year of bedside RN experience for Med/Surg; two years for ICU and other specialties.
• BLS and NRP per unit requirement.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Provide patient care across multiple hospital units within Mercy's regional float pool.
• Support continuous learning and collaboration with diverse care teams.
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards and safety protocols.
