Job summary

Mercy is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join its Regional Float Pool, serving multiple hospitals in the St. Louis region. You’ll cover Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, and stepdown units, with opportunities to work across facilities.

The role offers a Nights shift, a $10,000 sign-on bonus, and competitive base pay plus shift differentials and benefits. Mercy supports career growth and a Leave of absence program.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• RN licensure in MO or compact state.
• One year of bedside RN experience for Med/Surg; two years for ICU/specialties.
• Certifications: BLS (Med/Surg/Behavioral Health); CC requires BLS/ACLS.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care across multiple Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU units via Mercy regional Float Pool.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care per nursing standards.
• Collaborate with diverse care teams across hospitals in the St. Louis region.
