Mercy Regional Float Pool offers RNs the opportunity to work across multiple hospitals in the St. Louis region.

You will apply core nursing concepts to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for adult and geriatric patients on a nights shift while rotating through Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, Stepdown, and ICU units. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• RN license in the hiring state or a compact license.
• Minimum 1 year bedside RN experience for Med/Surg; 2+ years for ICU/SD/Tele.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult/geriatric patients.
• Float across Mercy facilities in the St. Louis region with flexible assignments.
• Collaborate with diverse care teams to support patient populations across units.
• Maintain standards of nursing practice and ensure patient safety on every shift.
