Job summary

Mercy is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join the Regional Float Pool in the St. Louis region. This part-time role covers nights across Mercy Perry and surrounding communities, with opportunities to work in Med/Surg, Tele, Stepdown, ICU, and more.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Two years of bedside RN experience for non-Med/Surg units; Epic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult/geriatric patients.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized care across multiple units.
• Collaborate with diverse care teams in a regional float pool setting.
• Maintain standards of nursing practice and patient safety.
