Mercy is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Regional Float Pool across multiple Mercy facilities in the St. Louis region. You will provide bedside care for adult/geriatric patients, float to Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU and more, and work night shifts as required.

You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care using standard practices, reporting to the hiring leader. Mercy offers a generous sign-on bonus, shift differentials, comprehensive benefits, and tuition

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
• One year of recent bed-side RN experience to work Med/Surg.
• Two years of recent bed-side RN experience for ICU/other specialties (preferred).
• BSN preferred.
