Job summary

Mercy South and surrounding communities is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Regional Float Pool. This part-time night position will support multiple facilities across the St. Louis region, delivering patient-centered care to adult and geriatric populations.

You will work across Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown and ICU units, with shift differentials and a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Mercy offers day-one benefits, tuition assistance, and a 401(k) plan to eligible team members.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Preferred BSN degree.
• Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Minimum bedside RN experience: 1 year for Med Surg; 2 years for ICU and other specialties.
• Epic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult/geriatric patients.
• Report to facilities within Mercy's regional footprint as assigned.
• Collaborate with diverse care teams to provide high-quality patient care.
