Job summary

CHA Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced RN Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment of registered nurses, from sourcing and screening to onboarding in a dynamic HR team.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, at least 2 years in recruitment (healthcare preferred), strong communication, and proficiency with ATS software. Shift: Days; Hours: 8AM - 4:30PM; Exempt (FLSA).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, HR, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract RN talent.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage candidate pipeline and maintain records in ATS.
• Provide recruitment metrics and reports to HR leadership.
