CHA Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center is an acute care facility in Los Angeles. The RN Recruiter will handle full-cycle recruitment for registered nurses, from sourcing to onboarding, working with a union environment and HR leadership.

Ideal candidates will have healthcare HR experience, strong communication, and proficiency with ATS tools. This full-time role follows a days shift (8:00 AM–4:30 PM), 40 hours per week, in a hospital setting that values quality, compassionate care.

• 2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of nursing roles and qualifications.

• Proficient in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews in collaboration with hiring managers.
• Manage the candidate pipeline and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Provide regular recruitment metrics and reports to HR leadership.

Major Responsibilities/Essential Functions

CHA Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center is seeking a motivated and experienced RN Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. The RN Recruiter will be responsible for the full‑cycle recruitment of registered nurses, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires.

Job Qualifications

Minimum Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Human Resources, or a related field

Required Licensure, Certification, Registration Or Designation

• Current Los Angeles County Fire Card required (within 30 days of employment)


• Assault Response Competency (ARC) required (within 30 days of hire)

Shift: Days

Shift Hours: 8 hours (8AM - 4:30PM)

Weekly/Bi-Weekly Hours: 40hrs/80hrs
