Job summary

Qualifications

• Current state RN license required.

• CPHQ Certification preferred and encouraged upon employment.
• Five years of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor hospital-wide quality and performance improvement initiatives, including MMC metrics and publicly reported quality measures.
• Conduct daily, post-discharge, and mortality reviews to identify potential HACs and opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends, drive process improvements, and enhance patient care outcomes.
• Utilize systems to ensure accurate data collection, analysis, and submission to CMS, Joint Commission, and Leapfrog.
