Job summary

Memorial Medical Center in Las Cruces, NM seeks a Registered Nurse to join as Clinical Coordinator. You will oversee daily staff coordination and clinical operations to sustain safe, high-quality patient care.

The role acts as a bridge between nursing and other departments within Lifepoint Health. You will provide direct patient care as needed, participate in problem-solving and staff education, and contribute to outcomes, regulatory compliance, and patient satisfaction within a dynamic hospital

Qualifications

• Current state RN license.
• Associate's degree from an accredited nursing program.
• Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS within six months of hire.
• 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily staffing and clinical operations to ensure safe, efficient patient care.
• Serve as liaison between nursing and ancillary departments to promote continuity of care and patient outcomes.
• Assist with procedures, PICC/CVL insertion, and sedation as needed.
• Support regulatory compliance, patient satisfaction and cost-effective service delivery.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team while maintaining professional nursing standards.
