You will liaise with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to maintain standards and support organizational goals.

You will apply your plan-of-care expertise, lead staff education, and participate in procedures and direct patient care while advancing patient outcomes and satisfaction

Qualifications

• Current state RN license and an associate's degree from an accredited nursing school.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS within six months of hire.
• At least 2 years of nursing experience.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate staff, resources, and clinical operations to ensure safe, efficient patient care.
• Serve as liaison between nursing and ancillary departments to promote continuity of care and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee staff scheduling, education, and performance management; support clinical problem-solving and patient throughput.
