Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Progressive Care (Step down) Registered Nurse (RN) at St. Joseph Warren Hospital. You will deliver skilled nursing care, assess patients, and coordinate with the care team to optimize outcomes in a step-down unit.

Qualifications

• 1 year of RN experience required.
• 6 months RN experience in acute care preferred.
• Current state RN licensure.
• ACLS preferred at hire; ACLS must be obtained within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team.
• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments; create and evaluate care plans.
• Coordinate patient care across hospital departments; contact for care coordination.
• Administer medications safely per policy and practice standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
