Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Progressive Care (Step down) Registered Nurse at St. Joseph Warren Hospital to deliver high-quality patient care. You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, perform initial and ongoing assessments, develop care plans, and ensure a safe environment.

Required: RN license, 1 year RN experience; BLS. ACLS preferred with ACLS within 6 months. BSN preferred. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• BLS Basic Life Support or ACLS (preferred at hire, ACLS required within 6 months).
• 1 year of RN experience (required).
• 6 months RN experience in an acute care hospital setting (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessment, analyze data, create a plan of care, implement treatment, evaluate effectiveness.
