Qualifications

• Advanced Life Support certification obtained within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered care on the Progressive Care Unit.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care and communicate effectively with physicians and staff.
• Monitor patient status, document progress, and adjust plans as needed.
• Lead discharge planning and patient education for safe transitions home.
