Job summary

Qualifications
- BLS within 30 days of hire or transfer date.
- Registered Nurse credentialed in Tennessee before hire.
- Diploma in nursing or equivalent professional licensure.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care while following protocols and orders.
- Monitor and adjust patient care plans based on assessments.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists and specialists for unified care.
- Plan and execute safe discharge planning with multidisciplinary input.
