Southern Tennessee Regional Health System - Lawrenceburg is seeking a Registered Nurse for Medical-Surgical, night shift, 7p-7a, 3x12 with rotating weekends. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for well-qualified applicants.

This role emphasizes compassionate patient care within a strong team, in a busy Med/Surg unit. Applicants should hold Tennessee RN licensure (or compact with Tennessee paperwork) and an associate's degree; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires Tennessee RN license or Compact State with Tennessee paperwork
• BSN preferred and Associate's degree required
• BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications required within specified timelines
• One-year prior RN experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and perform planned care interventions
• Document patient care and monitor conditions, coordinating with team and physicians
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility
• Coordinate transfers, discharges, and referrals across care teams
• Educate patients and families appropriate to age and culture
• Advocate for patient safety and well-being
• Participate in performance improvement and continuing education
• Maintain reliable attendance and contribute to team goals
