Job summary

Southern Tennessee Regional Health System - Pulaski is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) for the Medical Surgical department. The position requires working nights and offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus for qualified applicants. The RN will provide direct patient care, perform medical interventions, and collaborate with the care team to ensure quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 90 days of hire.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within 90 days of hire.
• Handle With Care (HWC) certification within 6 months of hire.
• Registered Nurse licensed in Tennessee or Compact State.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using nursing processes.
• Perform care interventions including medication administration.
• Document patient care provided.
• Monitor and communicate patient conditions to the care team.
• Assist patients with daily living activities.
• Collaborate with team to coordinate patient care.
