Enriched Living, LLC is seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead daily program operations, support leadership teams, ensure quality delivery, and maintain regulatory compliance. The role partners with the Program Director, staff, and families to align services with each person’s goals and needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of progressive leadership in community-based/human services.
• Strong commitment to person-centered practices and dignity for individuals served.
• Knowledge of licensing, compliance, quality assurance and documentation.
• Ability to lead teams, coach staff, and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for community-based service programs and daily operations.
• Coach and develop program leaders and direct support teams.
• Promote person-centered practices supporting independence, choice and quality of life.
• Ensure services align with individual support plans, policies, and licensing.
• Monitor quality, drive improvements, and ensure regulatory readiness.
• Build relationships with individuals, families, guardians, case managers, staff and partners.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, training, and team communication as needed.
• Review documentation and plans for accuracy and compliance.
• Support audits, corrective actions, and ongoing compliance efforts.
• Model professional, respectful, solution-focused communication.
