Senior Life Solutions is seeking a Nursing leader to head a small multidisciplinary team serving the senior population. You will engage the community, develop referrals, and drive patient census while ensuring clinical and ethical compliance.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) or LVN licensed in the state of practice is required.
• Graduation from a state-approved nursing program is required.
• Psychiatric nursing experience is preferred.
• Work with kindness and accountability to enhance patients' quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small disciplinary team comprising a psychiatric physician, therapist, and medical office coordinator.
• Engage with the local community through education (presentations, one-on-one meetings, etc.).
• Develop referrals through hospital staff, providers, and community resources.
• Grow and maintain patient census.
• Ensure compliance through professional and ethical guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education

Registered Nurse license or LVN license

State-approved nursing program graduation

Psychiatric nursing experience preferred
