The specialist will assess learning needs, plan and implement education programs, and evaluate outcomes to enhance patient care quality. Strong communication, teaching, and collaboration with interprofessional teams are essential.

Formación

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing with RN licensure.
• BSN required; MSN with education focus or MEd preferred.
• Minimum of five years of applicable clinical nursing experience.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate preceptor development activities.
• Coordinate staff education events for education and practice.
• Develop educational materials and educational events for staff and patients.
• Mentor RNs and other care providers.
