Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintains hospital and specialty practice standards.
• Educator duties: assess education needs, develop and evaluate educational activities, engage learners, guide career development, and act as nurse planner for continuing education.
• Facilitates inter/intradisciplinary teamwork, mentoring, and professional practice; supports psychosocial development and group dynamics.
• Assists in identifying need for change and uses strategies to modify policies, procedures, and processes.
• Integrates relevant research outcomes into practice and promotes evidence-based learning.
• Leads organizational and administrative activities to meet department goals and participates in professional associations.
