Job summary

Eventide on Eighth Care Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - PRN to work as needed. 12-hour Day Shift (630a-7p) or NOC shift (6:30 pm- 7:00 am) available; minimum 24 hours monthly; two weekend shifts per month.

Compensation includes a $5 overnight shift differential and $2 weekend differential; competitive salary, excellent benefits, and generous PTO. Join a dynamic team dedicated to high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active MN RN license or obtain upon hire.
• Experience in Long Term Care is preferred but not required.
• RNs assess residents’ needs through assessments, observations, and interviews.
• Administer medications and treatments per policy and standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents and monitor health status.
• Observe plans of care and update as needed with interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical records.
• Coordinate resident care conferences and communicate with families.
• Ensure adequate staffing and supervise subordinate staff as needed.
