Job summary

Eventide on Eighth Care Center is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) for day shifts (12 hours, 6:30 am–7:00 pm) with rotating weekends and holidays. A MN RN license is required or obtainable upon hire; LTC experience preferred but not required.

You will assess residents, administer meds, document in EMR, and support care plans while coordinating with the care team. The role offers competitive pay, strong benefits, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Active MN RN license or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Long-Term Care experience preferred, not required.
• RNs assess residents’ needs through physical assessments, observations, and interviews.
• Provides individualized attention to support residents’ well-being.
• Follows care plans including interdisciplinary plans and physician orders.
• Administers medications and treatments and monitors effectiveness.
• Maintains accurate documentation in the EMR per policy.
• May participate in orientation and training of new team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents during the 12-hour day shift.
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels and report staffing needs.
• Coordinate with physicians and care teams for orders and care plans.
• Document resident status and changes in EMR.
• Support residents and families with education and resources.
• Comply with state and federal regulations and Eventide policies.
