Job summary

Brushy Creek Post Acute – Greer, SC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver direct patient care across our cottage-style units. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and document care plans in a supportive, structured setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina.
• Current CPR certification.
• Maintain continuing education and remain in good standing with SC Board of Nursing.

• Ability to be active and mobile throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the clinical team.
• Support and supervise CNAs to ensure quality care delivery.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
