Job summary

Asbury Solomons is seeking a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents with daily living activities and care plans at our Maryland facility. The role includes vital signs checks, documentation, restorative nursing, transportation assistance, and accompanying residents to appointments and activities.

A Maryland CNA I license and CPR certification are required, along with a HS diploma and being 18+.

Qualifications

• Active CNA I license in Maryland.
• Active CPR certification.
• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Performs activities of daily living in accordance with residents' plan of care.
• Checks residents' vital signs, weight, and skin assessment and records findings.
• Records all entries on flow sheets and kiosks.
• Performs residents' individualized restorative nursing program as ordered.
• Assists residents in preparing for and transporting to medical appointments, activities, and social programs.
• Attends outings with residents as assigned.

Job Description

• Performs activities of daily living in accordance with residents' plan of care.
• Checks residents' vital signs, weight, and skin assessment and accurately records, as instructed. Any variances are reported to Charge Nurse.
• Records all entries on flow sheets, kiosk, etc., in an informative/descriptive manner.
• Performs residents'individualized restorative nursing program, as ordered.
• Assists residents in preparing for and transporting to/from medical appointments, activities, and social programs.
• Attends outings with residents as assigned.

Qualifications

• Active CNA ILicense in Maryland
• Active and current CPR Certification
• HS Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
