Job summary

Asbury Springhill in Erie, PA is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time day/evening and weekend shifts. The role includes direct resident care, medication administration, and leadership of CNAs and LPNs to ensure high-quality, compliant care.

Qualified candidates hold PA RN licensure and CPR certification, with at least two years in Medical/Surgical, Rehab, or Geriatric nursing. Competitive pay with shift differentials and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Two years of Medical/Surgical, Rehab, or Geriatric Nursing.
• Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License.
• Current CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides individualized care meeting the physical, emotional, spiritual, and psychosocial needs of residents.
• Obtains and transcribes all written and telephone orders promptly, ensuring forms are complete.
• Notifies physician and responsible party of changes in resident status.
• Provides leadership and guidance to CNAs and LPNs; ensures policies, procedures, and regulations are followed.
• Completes new admissions paperwork timely, including nursing assessment.
• Prepares and administers medications and treatments as needed.
