Job summary

Fleetwood Post Acute in Easley, SC seeks a PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care on an as-needed basis. You will support the care team to maintain safety, efficiency, and compassion for residents in a skilled nursing setting.

Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills are essential, along with SC RN licensure and CPR certification. This role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to transition to full-time within a large SC SNF network.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in South Carolina.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Must maintain continuing education and stay in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee direct patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to physicians and care team.
• Support and supervise LPNs and CNAs.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Promote a safe, clean, resident-centered environment.
