Maxim Healthcare Services in Elmhurst, IL, seeks a licensed practical nurse (LPN) or registered nurse (RN) to provide 1:1 patient care in home settings, including pediatric G-tube, trach, and ventilator support under supervision. Open shift windows include days and nights with a detailed schedule.

Responsibilities include applying the nursing process, assessing patient needs, and documenting nursing diagnoses while collaborating with care teams.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing License in the state in which the practices.
• Current Health Certificate (per facility).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray. Current BLS card.
• One year prior RN or LPN experience preferred.

Open Days: Mon 7a-7p

Open Nights: Monday 9p-7a Tuesday 7p-7a Wednesday 7p-7a Saturday 7p-7a Sunday 7p-7a

Pay Rate: $35-$45
