Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services offers in-home, one-on-one private duty nursing with flexible full-time and part-time options. We provide train-up programs for ventilator and tracheostomy care to help nurses advance their skills and meet patient needs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Performs focused interview to identify patient needs.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and documents nursing diagnoses.
• Other Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) duties as assigned.

Payrate: $27-$31

Responsibilities

• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
• Other Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License in the state in which the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) practices or current Registered Nurse (RN).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current CPR and BLS card.
• One year prior Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience preferred but not needed.
