Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. is hiring an RN to provide skilled nursing care in the patient’s home in Charlotte, NC. This role requires night shifts (11p–7a) and offers full-time or part-time schedules with competitive pay.

Qualifications include an active RN license in the state, current TB or chest X-ray, current BLS, and at least one year of nursing experience. You will perform assessments, develop care plans, and document care accurately to support patient health.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN currently in the practicing state.
• TB or Chest X-ray current.
• BLS current.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing services in accordance with prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and document data and nursing diagnoses.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
