Qualifications

• Provides nursing care and administers medications, including intravenous therapy as needed.
• Develops care plans and contributes to patient education for post-treatment needs.
• Collaborates with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure quality care.
• Maintains accurate documentation and participates in professional development.

Responsibilities

• The RN records patients' medical history and symptoms, helps perform diagnostic tests and analyzes results.
• Administers treatment and medications, prepares IV lines, and monitors patient status.
• Develops and revises a patient care plan in collaboration with the team.
• Teaches patients and families about managing illnesses and post-care needs.
• Precepts new staff and supports ongoing clinical knowledge and skills development.
