Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking an OR Preop/PACU RN in the Deer Valley area (Phoenix, AZ). This role requires 2 years PACU experience with openness to critical care, and includes call shifts.

A sign-on bonus up to $7500 is available, reflecting the commitment to high-quality patient care. The RN will perform assessments, administer medications, manage IV therapy, develop care plans, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective recovery for patients across the greater Phoenix

Qualifications

• 2 years PACU experience required.
• Open to critical care experience.
• Must be able to take call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and manage IV therapy per orders.
• Record patient data and monitor recovery in PACU.
• Coordinate with OR team and other caregivers.
• Educate patients and families on post-care needs.
• Precept and guide nursing staff as needed.
