Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking an experienced RN Circulating in the Operating Room for the Deer Valley Phoenix area. The role supports patient care from preop through postoperative recovery, with an evening shift and a $20k sign-on bonus available.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year of OR circulating experience, valid AZ RN license, and a BSN within 60 months of hire or 5+ years of RN experience. Strong teamwork and patient advocacy are essential.

Qualifications

• RN with Operating Room Circulating experience.
• 1 year RN experience for Float Positions.
• BSN within 60 months of hire or 5+ years RN experience required.
• Current BLS certification and AZ RN licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and revise patient care plans based on assessments.
• Administers medications, including IV therapies, per physician orders.
• Collaborates with the multidisciplinary team for patient care.
• Documents nursing interventions and tracks patient progress.
• Precepts and mentors staff and students in the unit.
