Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking an RN for the Preop/PACU unit in the Phoenix area. The role requires 2 years of Preop/PACU experience, current Arizona RN licensure, and a patient‑centered approach to perioperative care.

The RN will document assessments, prepare patients for surgery, monitor status, administer medications, and support the care team to ensure safe, efficient perioperative workflows within a nonprofit health system serving the greater Phoenix region.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in Preop PACU required.
• RN licensure in Arizona required.
• Associates or Diploma in Nursing; BSN within 60 months of hire recommended.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in Preop/PACU following ANA standards.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and post‑operative instructions.
• Collaborate with physicians and other professionals to ensure safe patient care.
