Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate/Bachelor/Master in Nursing)
• Current RN license in state of practice or compact licensure
• BLS certification required

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care per professional standards
• Coordinate and supervise care with the health care team to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Communicate with patients and families, adjust care plans as patient needs evolve
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in patient records
• Participate in staff education and contribute to quality improvement efforts
