Banner Health is seeking a part-time RN for the PCU Oncology Registry at Banner Boswell Medical Center in Sun City, AZ. The role involves caring for oncology patients on a Progressive Care Unit with opportunities for registry/per diem work within Banner Health's Network.

You will work in a dedicated MS PCU Oncology unit, with unit goals including efficient patient care, teamwork, and adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• RN license in state of practice.
• Minimum 18 months RN experience.
• BLS and ACLS required.
• Progressive Care Unit experience within the last 18 months.

Responsabilités

• Assess patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural and discharge planning needs.
• Formulate a plan of care including discharge planning in collaboration with patient/family.
• Implement and coordinate plan of care with the health care team; supervise activities as needed.
• Evaluate patient and family response to care and adjust the plan as necessary.
• Document assessments, plans, interventions and outcomes in patient records.
