Surgery Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse for Pre-Op/PACU in Houston, TX. This full-time, on-site role involves delivering high-quality perioperative nursing care and coordinating patient flow through pre- and post-operative stages.

The ideal candidate will hold an Accredited School of Nursing diploma, an active RN license, and current CPR and ACLS certifications, with at least one year of clinical experience in a perioperative setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing with an active RN license.
• CPR and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience in a perioperative setting.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care in pre-operative and post-operative areas.
• Delegate and supervise ancillary staff as appropriate.
• Coordinate care with physicians and family members; document plan and progress.
• Complete pre-operative interviews and ensure informed consent.
• Document post-anesthesia records and discharge instructions.
