Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Orthopedic and Spine Hospital – Arlington is hiring a Full Time Registered Nurse for our Pre-Admission Testing team. Welcome to a facility focused on excellence, growth, and specialized patient care in Arlington, TX.

As a Pre-Admission Testing RN, you will implement theholding record, perform pre-op testing, and ensure continuity and quality of nursing care for patients. Texas RN license and CPR are required; ACLS preferred and prior PACU experience strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Texas Nursing License.
• CPR, ACLS preferred.
• Minimum 1 year hospital experience; 2 years CCU preferred.
• PreOp PACU experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Pre-Op holding record (patients’ medical record) under supervision.
• Perform nursing process, pre-op testing, and ensure continuity and quality of care for patients.
