Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Orthopedic and Spine Hospital – Arlington is seeking a Seasonal Pre/Op Registered Nurse in Arlington, TX. The role supports preoperative care under the Pre-op/PACU Director and includes implementing orders and maintaining patient safety.

Requirements include RN licensure in Texas, BLS/ACLS, and strong communication. Two years’ hospital experience and preop/PACU exposure are preferred; comprehensive benefits are offered for a seasonal position.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Texas Nursing License.
• Current CPR and ACLS; PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement Pre Anesthesia Care record and nursing care plan.
• Assimilate patient hospital records and physician orders.
• Ensure continuity and quality nursing care with patient safety and comfort.
