Baylor Scott & White Orthopedic and Spine Hospital – Arlington is actively hiring a Full Time Registered Nurse for our Pre-Admission Testing team. The nurse will implement pre-op records, coordinate testing, and ensure seamless care across the surgical pathway.

We value experience in hospital settings, strong communication, and a commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care. Texas nursing licensure and CPR are required, ACLS preferred, with opportunities for professional growth within USPI

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support patients and teams.
• Ability to organize care plans and maintain accurate nursing records.
• Strong knowledge of perioperative processes and aseptic technique.
• Comfort with coordinating pre-op testing and patient education.
• Ability to adapt to changing schedules and priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilités

• Implement Pre-Op holding records and assimilate patient hospital records under supervision.
• Carry out nursing process for pre-admission testing and ensure continuity of care.
