Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and 3 years of recent clinical experience.
• Previous experience leading and managing clinical staff preferred.
• Current RN license in Michigan in good standing; BLS certification required.
• PALS or ALS may be required for some RN roles in specified areas.
• Knowledge of practice management and customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day clinical practice operations.
• Supervise practice clinical staff and manage staffing.
• Assist with hiring, orientation and performance reviews.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures and quality standards.
• Provide clinical leadership and resource for staff.
• Manage payroll and inventory where applicable.
